With a real estate career that spans three decades, Liz is accomplished in every facet of general real estate has has years of experience working with builders and developers in the new construction industry. A Virginia native, Liz grew up in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area and attend Radford and Mary Washington University. Her love of the Richmond area was found during her college years, and she has lived and worked in the Capital City for many years. Her career began with a boutique real estate firm operating in Miami, Sarasota and Coral Springs, FL where she excelled as the Top Producer year after year. Her path led her to WCI Communities, an industry leader in new construction planned communities, where she earned the distinction of leading sales producer. Throughout her career, Liz has been recognized for superior customer satisfaction; a skill that translates into all aspects of her professional life. Recently, Liz directed the highly successful sales effort for a notable Church Hill condominium development. Liz has an extraordinary talent for assessing each scenario and finding a solution to the most challenging situations. Liz merges her years of insight, experience and dedicated service to ensure her clients get the results they need.

With a career that spans 20+ states and thousands of transactions Sandi has developed and implemented sales and marketing programs for all types of properties, including condominiums, townhomes, and single family residences. Whether in a community of new homes, an established neighborhood or urban residences, Sandi approaches every assignment with an analytical point of view. Her most recent accomplishments include the marketing and re-introduction of 54 homes at Nolde Bakery Condominiums in Richmond’s Church Hill neighborhood and 19 new luxury residences at 220 West Condominium in downtown Norfolk. With a focus on market positioning, pricing and property presentation, she provides clients with a keen perspective for marketing new and resale homes as well as solutions for challenged properties. The author of hundreds of sales strategies, management protocol and procedural manuals, Sandi understands all aspects of the sales process and the finer points of negotiating the best outcome for her clients. She has earned the trust and confidence of her clients and is recognized for her straight-forward, results-based approach. Sandi’s previous experience includes 21 years as Partner and Principal Broker with Garrison Partners, a full service residential sales and marketing firm based in Chicago, with assignments in Virginia and around the country. Prior to joining Garrison Partners, she held the position of Sr. Vice President for Norman Harvey and Jean Lee Design; affiliated national firms that provided merchandising, staging and marketing services to the building industry. She served 9 years as Vice President with Equity Realty, a division of The Equity Group in Chicago, where she traveled extensively and managed the sales and marketing for portfolio properties as well as for client-based business. She holds the coveted designations of MIRM (Master in Residential Marketing) and CSP (Certified New Home Professional) from the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Home Builders Association. She is member of the Richmond Association of Realtors and CVRMLS, which covers greater Richmond and well as the Chesapeake Bay and River area and greater Williamsbug; and REIN, the Real Estate Information Network in Nofolk and Hampton Road. She is licensed Broker in Virginia, Florida, Georgia and Illiinois.
